ASIS&T has been there for many years and there are member libraries and librarians from around the world. The librarians will have stories, stories of their struggles, their successes, leadership stories, stories contributing to the success of patrons, stories of innovation they have started, and above all a lot of wisdom exists out there. Most of the members know each other through profiles including qualifications and designations, which portray very limited information. The idea of Humans of the library is to make available an online interaction space, where there are potential storytellers (librarians who have compelling stories and experiences) and there are listeners. So this space facilitates deeper understanding, acknowledging diversity, connection, and learning.

For this event, we invite you to become part of this event as "Human Book" and share your story with your global friends. As "Human Book", please register yourself before January 15, 2024, through the link (Humans of the Library - Registration Form)
